- Responsible for the operation of the department of food technology, food quality assurance, nutrition and food science
- Responsible for: faculty teaching activities, guest lecturers
- Responsible for: graduation exam, graduation thesis/project
- Solving issues involving parents and students

VICE DIRECTOR
- Responsible for: Internship, Academic (examination, graduation, awarded degree)
- Responsible for laboratory cleaning, equipment maintenance
- Responsible for lab staffs’ activities
- Responsible for corporate activities (orientation education, exhibitions, surveys)
- Arranging and coordinating with Youth Union in activities related to learning (reward activities, discipline)
