Conference overview

Asia-Pacific Probiotics Conference 2025 (APPC2025) is built on Asia-Pacific Probiotics Workshops (APPW) organized during the last ten years and provided an excellent platform for academics, researchers, professionals, and industrialists to come together and discuss scientific and technical advancements in the probiotics discipline. The first workshop was held in New Zealand (2014), the second workshop in China (2015), the third workshop in Iran (2016), the fourth in Vietnam (2017), the fifth in Malaysia (2018), the sixth in Thailand (2019), the seventh virtual (2020), the eighth virtual (2021), the ninth virtual (2022) and the tenth virtual (2023). In 2025, we held in Vietnam the eleventh with more Future Food topics and rename the Conference is The Asia-Pacific Probiotics and Future Food Conference (APPFC2025).
